Review Guidelines
Dhaara Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences welcomes applications from qualified academicians, researchers and clinicians who would like to join our team of peer reviewers. Reviewers play a vital role in safeguarding the scientific quality and integrity of every article we publish.
Assessment of Applications
Applications are assessed on the basis of the CV supplied. Applicants must demonstrate fluent English and hold a PhD in a subject area relevant to the journal. They must currently hold a research or teaching position, held for at least two years, in a field relevant to the journal, and must be able to demonstrate prior experience as both a peer reviewer and an author in that same area. Where these criteria are not met, or the CV supplied is unclear or incomplete, the application will be declined.
Acceptance of an application is not a guarantee that a reviewer’s reports will be used by the journal’s Editor-in-Chief or Associate Editors. Reviewers are expected to comply with all peer review guidelines published on this website; failure to do so may result in permanent disqualification by the Editor-in-Chief or Associate Editors.
Reviewer Appreciation
The standard and integrity of research published in open-access journals is safeguarded by the process of peer review — painstaking work carried out by our reviewers, who devote considerable time and expertise to judging the quality and importance of each submission and determining whether it should be approved, revised or rejected.
DJPS recognises this hard work and dedication. Our editorial team has put in place a reviewer appreciation program that includes certificates and/or remuneration, listing on our reviewers page, and discounts on future publishing with the journal.
Reviewer List & Confidentiality
We are thankful to our reviewers for their contribution and role in maintaining the quality of our journal. Dhaara Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences uses a double-blind review process, in which the identities of the author and the reviewer are not disclosed to one another.
How to Apply
If you meet the criteria above and would like to be considered as a reviewer for DJPS, please contact the Editorial Office at editor@dhaaraclinicalservices.com with your CV and areas of expertise.
